One of the best and strongest international tournaments among the youth men and women is going to start in a couple of days. The Youth World Boxing Cup Adriatic Pearl will be a spectacular event, organized in the city of Budva, Montenegro. According to the registration, 270 boxers from different sides of the world will take part. The high quality fighters are expected to compete at the Adriatic Sea, since the teams as Cuba, Mexico, Russia, Kazakhstan and India are some of many registered.

Last year’s tournament gathered boxers from 25 countries. There were 175 boxers competing for the medals. The best team was Russia, second place went to Cuba, and third place belonged to Poland. The best boxers were Mokhdan Makhauri from Russia and Anna-Maria Trifylli from Greece.

Budva is a well-known city on the European boxing map during the last five years. The Montenegro Boxing Association organized many high level events at this place. Luxurious 5-star Hotel Splendid will again be the home of all participants, which is certainly something that separates this tournament from others.
