The Yerevan Cup International Boxing Tournament is taking place in Armenia’s capital city. Boxing started yesterday, and will last until 15 June. 46 boxers from Armenia, Iran, Georgia, Hungary and Russia compete at the Mika Sports Arena. There are 38 boxers among elite men and 8 among elite women. Program starts every day at 1 pm. The EUBC Technical Delegate is Mr. Sergey Berdnik from Russia. 

The Armenian Boxing Federation proved itself as a very good and capable organizer. They organized two European Championships and one World Championships during the last three years, and they did it on a high level. This is the first edition of the Yerevan Cup, and it is expected that this tournament is going to be more visited in the future.
