16th edition of Lah Nimani Youth Boxing Tournamentfinished in Pristina, Kosovo. It was a two days tournament dedicated to the famous Kosovar coach Lah Nimani. This year, youth men and women boxers from seven countries took part. Besides the host nation, there were also Albania, Bulgaria, Poland, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Ukraine, which was more than any previous year. The Kosovo Boxing Federation organized this event at a high level, showing that boxing in this Balkan country is expanding.
Trophy for the best boxer of the tournament went to Volodymyr Melenchuk from Ukraine, who boxed in the 60 kg weight category. He achieved two wins against boxers from Poland and Montenegro, and confirmed his quality. The boxer with the best technical skills was Amar Koci from Albania. Trophies for the best fight in the finals got Angel Dimitrov from Bulgaria and Norbert Parkoszfrom Poland, while the most prominent boxer is AnhelinaFilipchuk from Ukraine.
The best local boxer was featherweight LumturimXhoxhaj, the best foreign boxer was Lisi Koxhaxhikufrom North Macedonia, and the best R&J was IBA 3-star referee from Ukraine Pavlo Vasylynchuk.
