The Estonian Boxing Federation organized an international boxing tournament in their capital city of Tallinn from 26 – 30 September. The Tallinn Open Boxing Tournament was held for junior, youth and elite men age groups, with altogether 109 participating boxers from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Belgium. The EUBC Technical Delegate was Mr. Derenik Gabrielyan from Armenia.

Since the tournament lasted three days, a maximum number of four participants per weight category were accepted.
