City of Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will host the EUBC Junior European Boxing Championships, planned from 21 June – 1 July. On that occasion, the representatives of the European Boxing Confederation visited Sarajevo. The Secretary General, Mr. Kirill Shchekutyev and the Competition Manager, Mr. Dragoljub Radovic, had meetings with the Local Organizing Committee members, checked the necessary infrastructure, and discussed all aspects regarding the organization of such an important event.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina Boxing Federationrepresentatives organized a press conference at the press center of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Olympic Committee. The press conference was led by the President of host boxing Federation, Mr. Predrag Bartula, Secretary General, Mr. Adnan Pasic, Executive Committee members and the EUBC representatives.

“This is a truly great privilege and we are honored that the organization of such a big and important event has been entrusted to us. This will be the second European Championships in Bosnia and Herzegovina within three years, and we will do everything to represent our country and our Federation in the best possible way. We hope that all participants will leave the Sarajevo satisfied and with a nice memories,” stated Mr. Predrag Bartula.
