Traditionally strong and well organized international boxing tournament Golden Glove of Vojvodina is the next big event for youth age group. Men and women, 17 and 18 years old, are going to compete in the city of Subotica, Serbia, from 26 August – 02 September. It is going to be 42nd edition of this event since its foundation.
According to the preliminary registration, athletes from fifteen countries will box in Subotica. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Georgia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Russia, Senegal, Scotland, Slovenia, Serbia and Turkey will have their representatives at this competition.
The Golden Glove of Vojvodina is going to be an excellent preparation tournament prior to the IBA Youth World Boxing Championships, a major event that will take place from 20 October – 06 November.
