The 8th Juniors Nations Cup International Tournamentstarts today in the city of Vrbas, Serbia. Altogether 99 boxers from ten countries will take part in edition 2024. There are 26 junior girls, who will box in 10 weight categories, and 73 junior boys, who will compete in all 13 weight classes. The EUBC Technical Delegate is Mr. Dragoljub Radovic from Montenegro.
Boxing will last five days, from 8 – 12 May, and will be organized in Drago Jovovic Sports Hall. Every day, except the finals, bouts will start at 4 pm, while the finals bouts will begin at 6 pm. The organizer of this tournament is Boxing club Carnok, from the host city, and the Serbian Boxing Federation. Today’s session will have 14 bouts among junior boys, in weight categories of 48 kg, 52 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 70 kg, 80 kg and +80 kg.
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Panama and Serbia are the participating countries at the 8th Juniors Nations Cup.
