Dmitry Artyomovich Gorbenko and Dragana Jovanovicare the best boxers of the 62nd Belgrade Winnerinternational tournament, which was completed yesterday at the Rakovica Sports Hall. Both boxers represented Serbia, Gorbenko in the 63,5 kg and Jovanovic in the 52 kg weight category. Gorbenko was better than Nazif Sejdi by unanimous decision, while Dragan Jovanovic defeated Imane El Azami from Morocco by split decision.
The tournament lasted four competition days, and had 84 participants from Austria, Azerbaijan, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Moldova, North Macedonia, Romania, Slovenia and Serbia. The EUBC Technical Delegate was Mr. Sergey Berdnik from Russia.
Besides Dmitry Artyomovich Gorbenko and Dragana Jovanovic, additional trophies were awarded. Female boxer with the best technical skills is Andjela Brankovic from Serbia. The best fight among women was between Serbian boxers Nikolina Gajic and Lea Blagojevic.
In the men’s part of the competition, the most technical boxer is Aimufua Lucky who represented Austria, while the best fight was in the 71 kg weight category between Eldar Tuldubaev from Kyrgyzstan and Nurbek Mursalfrom Kazakhstan.
