The Russian city of Chita in Zabaykalsky Krai is hosting the international boxing tournament Eurasian DauriaCup. This event gathered 120 boxers in the youth men age category. Opening ceremony was held yesterday, as well as the first preliminary bouts. During the next three days, boxing will start at 3 pm, while the finals bouts, on 30 August, are going to start at 4 pm. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cuba, Germany, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Korea, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Venezuela are participating nations. Youth men boxers, competing in all thirteen weight categories, also box for the money prizes. The LOC, who will cover accommodation and meals for all participants, as well as plane tickets from and to Moscow, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg, prepared money prizes for medal winners, too.
