Belgrade is a center of European boxing these days, since the EUBC Elite Men and Women European Boxing Championships started in the Serbian capital. Therefore, the press conference was hosted in the City Hall, a meeting that gathered leading people of European and Serbian boxing. In great ambience in front of local journalists, present speakers expressed their opinion regarding the undergoing championships, boxing in general, and future major events planned for Belgrade in 2025.

The press conference was attended by Dr. IoannisFilippatos, EUBC President, Mr. Kirill Shchekutyev, EUBC Secretary General, Mr. Nenad Borovcanin, Serbian Boxing Federation President, and Serbia’s Ministry of Sport representatives Mr. Marko Keselj and Mr. Nikola Penic.
