The Official Draw was done in Belgrade. Altogether 128 boxers, 35 elite women and 93 elite men, from 16 countries will box at the 61st Belgrade WinnerInternational tournament. Athletes from Bolivia, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Spain, France, Hungary, IBA Neutral, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia, Slovenia and Serbia are participating this year. The EUBC Technical Delegate is Mr. Sergey Berdnik from Russia.

Boxing will start on Wednesday, 13 March, and will last five days. Finals will be organized on Sunday, 17 March. The venue will be renovated Aleksandar Nikolic Sports Hall, the same one that will host the best European boxers next month, since Belgrade will be host of the EUBC Men and Women European Boxing Championships.  

National team with the most boxers is Serbia. They participate with 38 athletes. Besides the host nation, big and strong teams arrived from Hungary (13), Kazakhstan (12), Russia (10), France (10) and Armenia (8). Tournament will be boxed on one ring, and the program will start at 4 pm every day until the finals.
