30 countries registered their teams for the upcoming EUBC Schoolboys & Schoolgirls European Boxing Championships that will be held in Banja Luka from 1 – 11 August. EUBC Technical Delegate of the Championships will be Mr. Adam Kusior from Poland.

377 boxers, 126 girls and 251 boys will box in 16 men’s and 13 women’s weight categories. This number of participants is almost the same as in 2023. Last year’s event, organized in Maribor, Slovenia, had 380 boxers from 32 countries.

The city of Banja Luka is ready to host the best European 13 and 14 years old boxers. Competition will be held in Borik Sports Hall, Banja Luka’s sports temple, while the LOC is promising high level organization. Two rings will be used until the finals day, which is planned for 10 August. First day of boxing will be 3 August.

The European Boxing Confederation first time organized Europeans for Schoolboys back in 2003, while the same Championships among Schoolgirls was added in 2018.
