The Kosovo Boxing Federation successfully organized another edition of the Adem Jashari elite men international boxing tournament. Tournament was held in the Pristina Sports Hall on 23rd and 24th November. This event is in the EUBC calendar, and it was organized for the 26th time. The EUBC Technical Delegate was Mr. ViorelSima from Romania, while the LOC director was experienced IBA official Mr. Latif Demolli.
‘As every year we did our best to organize this traditional tournament at the highest level,’ Mr. Demolli stated. ‘This time we had boxers from seven countries, such as Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, North Macedonia, Slovakia and Kosovo. We are happy that the spectators both days had the opportunity to watch high quality European boxing, and we are proud of our hospitality.’
At the end, special prizes were awarded.
The best boxer: Josip Zizic (Croatia)
The best technician: Baskim Bajoku (Kosovo)
The best fight: Shpetim Bajoku (Kosovo) vs. Rumen Rumenov (Bulgaria)
The most promising boxer: Almir Emerllahu (North Macedonia)
The best foreign boxer: Erik Katona (Slovakia)
The best local boxer: Taulant Jakupi (Kosovo)
