Next European boxing championships is going to be held in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 10 – 21 October. The EUBC U23 Men & Women European Boxing Championships will gather boxers born between 1 January 2002 and 31 December 2005. The registration deadline was 17 September. There is confirmed participation of 330 boxersfrom 33 countries, which is more than last year’s edition.

The city of Sofia hosted numerous boxing competitions during the last decade, while the Bulgarian Boxing federation is well known as a great organizer of those events. The last European championship in this city was held two years ago. Back in April 2022, the EUBC Youth European Boxing Championships attracted 377 boxers from 40 countries.
