The world silver medallist and European U22 gold medallist Oliwia Toborek from Poland is the best elite women boxer of the 19th Silesian Open, a tournament which was held in GliwicePoland from 1 – 8 September. 76 boxers competed in this age group, in all twelve weight categories, and 22-year-old Toborek, who fought in the 75 kg weight class, was better of her opponents from Ukraine and England.

The best boxer among the youth is Kinga Krowka from Poland, who was boxing in 63 kg weight category, while the best boxer among juniors is Dominika Vnukova from Slovakia. She fought in the 46 kg weight division.

The 19th Silesian Open international boxing tournament hosted 127 boxers from Bangladesh, Czech Republic, England, Guinea Bissau, Georgia, Hungary, IBA Neutral, Kazakhstan, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Ukraine and Wales. The EUBC Technical Delegate was Mr. Adam Kusior.
