The EUBC Schoolboys & Schoolgirls European Boxing Championships Banja Luka 2024 has come to an end. Today is a rest day in Banja Luka, while tomorrow all 29 final bouts will take place. 363 boxers from 30 nations, 240 boys and 143 girls boxed in the Borik Sports Hallduring the last seven days. Boys are competing in 16 and girls in 13 weight categories.

The local organizing committee put a lot of effort into preparing and arranging this event, especially the venue, which looks truly spectacular.

The best national team going into the finals is Russia. They will have 14 boxers fighting for the title of European champion, nine among boys and five among girls. Polandhas five finalists, while Azerbaijan, England, Greece, Italy and Turkey have four boxers each.

There were thirty countries participating in Banja Luka, and sixteen of them will have representatives in the finals, which will start at 2 pm and 5.30 pm tomorrow.
