The EUBC Junior Boys and Girls European Boxing Championships started with the Technical Meeting and Official Draw in the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 370 boxers, 130 girls and 240 boys, will box in Sarajevo. Following countries are participating at this important European event: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, England, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey.

EUBC Technical Delegate of the competition is Mr. Waldemar Mencel from Austria. The Opening Ceremony will start tomorrow at 2 pm, while the first bouts will continue from 2.30 pm. Every day there will be two sessions, the rest day is planned for 29 June, and all the final bouts will be boxed on 30 June. The venue of this prestigious competition will be located at the 5-star Hotel Hills.
